Over the past decade or so, the Lower Highland area of Denver, or LoHi as the locals call it, has grown so much that people were feeling a loss of personality.

In order to harken back to its roots, we explored the idea that these boutique apartments aren’t for the masses—they’re for the chosen few. Preppy clubhouse vibes made for a feeling of exclusivity. Refined and uncommon, the brand is a little mysterious until you’re “in.”
